Our first club wide get together to:
• Meet your Team, Coach & Manager and begin deciding on your training schedule
• Collect Coach and Managers bags with first aid items and training material
• First time registered players MUST attend and bring a photocopy of their Birth Certificate (or photocopy of drivers licence or passport)
If you really cannot attend, do the following to get it to us (it is a mandatory once off requirement by HVFA to verify the DOB of first time registered Players):
o Scan it and e-mail to

o Photocopy it and drop it off at Paterson Post Office, Att: GVFC Registrar (Fritz Woller), PO Box 110
• All Under 12’s and older players MUST to attend and sign the team sheets – (yes a painful but unfortunately necessary process that is still required – get it done on the day and save yourself and your Club much heartache)
• Pay outstanding rego fee or prepay upfront game fess (applicable only to U12’s and older and highly encouraged as cost savings are to be had doing this)
Below are the preferred times for Teams and Age groups to arrive so the day can run as smooth as possible.
If you are unsure what Age group/Team you are in, just be there half an hourly earlier
• 3:00pm: Under 6’s (including 5 year who play in that age group)
• 3:30pm: Under 7’s
• 4:00pm: Under 8’s and Under 9’s
• 4:30pm: Under 10’s and Under 11’s
• 5:00pm: Under 12’s, 13’s and 15’s and also all Seniors to sign the Teamsheet
